| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 암 특이항원 TAG-72에 대한 인간화 항체에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 TAG-72에 대한 생쥐항체의 CDRs 및 FRs 서열과 가장 유사한 사람 유전자를 대상으로 제조한 인간화 경쇄 및 중쇄 유전자, 이를 포함하는 발현벡터, 형질전환체 그리고 상기 형질전환체를 배양하여 TAG-72에 대한 인간화 항체를 제조하는 방법을 제공하며, 본 발명의 인간화 항체는 기존의 인간화 항체보다 생쥐유래의 CDRs 및 FRs 아미노산 잔기가 많이 감소되어 반복투여시 인체 면역반응을 유발하는 문제점을 개선하여 항암치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. | ko |
