- 본 발명은 단백질 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 성장휴지기에 활성을 갖고 배양 조건에 따라 발현의 유도 조절이 가능한 프로모터와 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA 단편이 포함된 발현시스템에 의해 형질전환된 균주를 이용하여 소정의 배양 조건에서 용이하게 단백질 발현의 유도를 조절함으로써 단백질을 효과적으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.프로모터, 발현시스템
