- 본 발명은 형질전환 한세눌라 폴리모파(Hansenular polymorpha)를 이용한 자이모모나스 모빌리스(Zymomonas mobilis) 유래 레반슈크라제(levansucrase)의 세포외 분비 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 메탄올 자화효모 한세눌라 폴리모파 유래의 프로모터에 레반슈크라제 유전자가 연결된 발현벡터를 제작하고, 이를 한세눌라 폴리모파에 도입한 형질전환 균주를 개발하여 자이모모나스 모빌리스 유래 레반슈크라제를 효율적으로 분비, 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 한세눌라 폴리모파, 레반슈크라제, 세포외 분비, 발현벡터
