- Abstract
- 본 발명은 항염, 항알레르기 및 항천식 활성을 갖는 긴산꼬리풀(Veronica longfolia)을 포함한 꼬리풀속(Vronica genus) 식물의 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학조성물에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 본 발명의 긴산꼬리풀 추출물은 난백알부민(ovalbumin) 유도 천식 동물 모델에서 기도과민성 억제활성, 기관지 폐포세척액의 인터루킨-5 (IL-5), 인터루킨-13 (IL-13)의 생산을 억제하는 활성, 호산구 증가를 억제하는 활성, 카라기난-유도 동물모델에서 부종 억제활성을 가짐으로서 긴산꼬리풀을 포함한 꼬리풀속 식물의 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항염, 항알레르기 및 천식의 예방 및 치료를 위한 약학조성물로서 이용될 수 있다.
