- 본 발명은 신규한 벌콜데리아 sp.(Burkholderia sp.) HY-10 균주 및 상기 균주로부터 분리한 리파아제에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 곤충으로부터 분리한, 지방질 분해능이 우수한 벌콜데리아 sp. HY-10 균주 및 상기 균주로부터 분리한 리파아제 및 상기 효소를 대량 발현하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 리파아제는 화장품 산업, 제약 산업, 세제첨가물 등 다양한 산업공정에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
