| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비자나무 추출물 또는 그로부터 분리된 아비에탄 디터페노이드계 화합물을 유효성분으로 하는 심장순환계 질환의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 비자나무 추출물 또는 그로부터 분리된 아비에탄 디터페노이드계 화합물은 저밀도 지질 단백질에 대한 항산화 활성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 ACAT에 대한 활성을 효과적으로 억제한다. 또한, 본 발명의 비자나무 추출물은 혈청 LDL을 감소시킴과 동시에 혈중 콜레스테롤을 낮추어 준다.따라서, 본 발명의 조성물은 콜레스테릴 에스테르의 합성 및 축적으로 유발되는 고지혈증 및 동맥경화증과 같은 심장순환계 질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. | ko |
