| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 담도암에서 L1CAM이 고발현되어 담도암의 성장과 전이에 중요하게 작용하고, L1CAM의 발현율이 높을수록 담도암 환자의 사망률이 높으며, L1CAM의 활성을 억제하는 항체나 L1CAM의 발현을 억제하는 siRNA가 담도암세포의 성장, 침윤을 감소시키는 것으로 보아, L1CAM이 담도암 치료의 유용한 타겟이 될 수 있음을 밝힘으로써, 이에 착안하여 담도암 세포 표면 단백질인 L1CAM의 활성 또는 발현을 억제하는 물질을 포함하는, 담도암의 성장 또는 전이를 억제하는 약제학적 조성물 및 이를 이용한 치료방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 담도암 세포 표면의 L1CAM 단백질을 인식하며 담도암의 암조직에 특이적으로 결합하는 생쥐 단일클론항체 또는 SiRNA, 안티센스 올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 ShRNA는 담도암 세포의 성장, 침윤 또는 이동을 억제함으로써 담도암의 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 담도암, L1CAM, 단일클론항체, 암 치료 | ko |
