| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 유전성 빈혈 치료제 스크리닝 조성물 및 이를 이용하는 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 퍼록시레독신 Ⅱ(Peroxiredoxin Ⅱ, Prx Ⅱ)가 적혈구에서 산소를 운반하는 헤모글로빈(Hemoglobin)과 결합하여 산화적 스트레스로부터의 공격을 방어하여 적혈구의 수명을 유지하고, 유전성 빈혈의 근본 원인인 헤모글로빈 단백질의 분해집성(aggregation)을 저해하여 헤모글로빈의 안정성을 회복시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으므로, 헤모글로빈의 분해집성을 저해하거나 퍼록시레독신 Ⅱ와 헤모글로빈의 결합정도를 증진시키는 물질을 검색함으로 유전성 빈혈 치료제를 개발하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 퍼록시레독신 Ⅱ, 적혈구, 산화적 스트레스, 헤모글로빈, 유전성 빈혈 | ko |
