- 본 발명은 고구마 뿌리 유래의 IbTIP1 유전자 및 그의 프로모터에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 고구마 뿌리에 강하게 발현하며 여러 가지 스트레스에 의해 발현이 유도되는 고구마(Ipomoea batatas L. Lam) 뿌리 유래의 IbTIP1 유전자 및 그의 프로모터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 IbTIP1 유전자 및 그의 프로모터는 조건이 불리한 지역에 적합한 환경스트레스 내성 식물체, 전분, 기능성 단백질 등의 유용소재를 생산하는 형질전환 고구마 또는 바이오에탄올 생산용 친환경 대체에너지 작물을 개발하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
