- 본 발명은 돌단풍 추출물 또는 이로부터 분리된 트리테르펜 화합물을 포함하는 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 돌단풍 추출물 및 이로부터 분리된 트리테르펜 화합물은 GPAT 및 DGAT 저해 활성이 우수하므로, 비만, 제 2형 당뇨, 이상지질혈증, 인슐린 저항성, 비알콜성 지방간 등의 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
