| dc.description.abstract | 만난아제(mannanase) 생성능 및 야자과 종자박 발효능을 갖는 아스퍼질러스 오리재(Aspergillus oryzae) MFO1 균주(KCTC 11105BP) 및 이를 이용한 야자과 종자박의 고상 발효방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 아스퍼질러스 오리재(Aspergillus oryzae) MFO1 균주는 사료의 소화 흡수에 도움을 주는 다양한 효소들을 생산하는 효과가 있고, 본 발명에 따른 야자과 종자박의 고상 발효방법으로 생산된 발효 야자과 종자박은 단백질과 같은 영양분뿐만 아니라 동물에 유익한 미생물 및 효소들을 다량으로 함유하고 있어 동물사료 또는 그 첨가제로 유용하다. | - |
