| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 베타-글루칸 (β-glucan)을 생산하는 신균주 아우레오바시디움 풀루란스 (Aureobasidium pullulans) IMS-822 KCTC11179BP 및 본 균주가 생산하는 세포외 분비형 베타-글루칸을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 베타-글루칸을 생산하는 새로운 균주 아우레오바시디움 풀루란스 IMS-822 KCTC 11179BP이 제공된다. 또한, 본 발명의 균주를 배양하여 그 배양액과 균체로부터 분자량 8.9 x 105의 세포외 분비형 베타-글루칸을 생산하는 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 의해 생산되는 베타-글루칸은 세포외로 분비되는 형태의 베타-글루칸으로서 물에 대한 용해성이 우수하고 정제하기에 편리하여 대량생산이 용이하며, 따라서 의약품, 건강보조식품 및 화장품 원료 등을 포함하는 다양한 용도로 이용 가능하다. | - |
