- Abstract
- 본 발명은 카로티노이드 축적에 관련된 고구마 유래 IbOrange 단백질, 상기 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자, 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주세포 및 IbOrange 유전자 증폭용 프라이머 세트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, IbOrange 유전자를 통하여 카로티노이드 함량을 높임으로써 기능성 향상뿐만 아니라 환경 스트레스에 내성이 강한 식물체를 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 카로티노이드, 고구마, orange 유전자, 프라이머
