- 본 발명은 면역글로불린 G(Immunoglobulin G
IgG)의 Fc 부위에 선택적으로 결합하는 신규 펩타이드 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 면역글로불린 G의 Fc 부위에 선택적으로 결합하는 11개의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 저분자 펩타이드, 및 면역글로불린 G의 Fc 부위를 이용하여 상기 저분자 펩타이드를 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 펩타이드는 융합단백질 또는 화학 유도체 형태로써 항체 고정, 항체 정제, 면역바이오센서 제작 및 약물전달시스템(DDS, Drug Delivery System) 등에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 면역글로불린 G(Immunoglobulin G
