- Abstract
- 본 발명은 phoB 프로모터 또는 그의 변이체 핵산 분자를 포함하는 벡터, 상기 벡터를 포함하는 숙주세포 및 상기 숙주세포를 이용하여 목적단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여 특별한 발현 유도체의 첨가 없이 배지 내에서 포스페이트가 고갈되면 자동으로 목적단백질의 발현이 유도되어 목적하는 단백질을 대량으로 생산할 수 있다.
