- 본 발명은 개상사화(Lycoris aurea) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 및 치료용 또는 혈관신생 억제용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 추출물은 세포주기정지(cell cycle arrest)를 유도하여 다양한 인체암 세포주의 증식을 억제하며, 혈관내피세포에 의한 혈관 형성(tube formation)을 억제하므로, 암을 예방 및 치료하는데 또는 신생혈관 형성을 억제하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 개상사화, 개상사화 추출물, 암, 증식, 신생혈관
