- Abstract
- 본 발명은 유전자 변형 벼의 사상 판별용 프라이머쌍에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 LM-벼에 도입된 Mx Protox의 LB(light border) 및 RB(right border)의 인접 게놈 서열을 증폭할 수 있는 도입 유전자 인접부위 특이적 프라이머쌍과 내재유전자를 증폭할 수 있는 프라이머 쌍을 이용하여 특정 유전자 변형 벼의 사상을 판별하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 정성 분석방법은 Mx Protox가 도입된 LM-벼를 종특이적으로 검출하는데 이용될 수 있다. 믹스코커스 잔토스(Myxococcus xanthus), 프로토포피기노겐 산화효소(protoporphyrinogen oxidase), 사상 판별, 유전자변형 벼, 멀티플렉스
