- 본 발명은 항알러지, 항염증 또는 항천식 활성을 갖는 류코노스톡 메센테로이드(Leuconostoc mesenteroides) E-1을 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 캐피어 그레인(Kefir grain)에서 분리한 균주인 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 E-1은 난백알부민(ovalbumin)-유도 천식 동물 모델에서 기관지 폐포세척액의 사이토카인(IL-4 및 IL-13)의 생산과 호산구 증가를 억제하며, 점액분비를 억제함으로써 알러지, 염증 또는 기관지 천식 질환의 예방 및 치료를 위한 의약품 또는 건강기능식품의 유효성분으로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다. 류코노스톡 메센테로이드(Leuconostoc mesenteroides) E-1, 항알러지, 항염증, 항천식.
