| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 HBx 형질전환 마우스 유래의 단백질 마커에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 간암 진단 및 스크리닝용 키트 및 이를 이용한 간암 진단 및 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 간암 조직에서의 발현이 정상 조직과 달리 차이를 나타내는 단백질 마커에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 간암 진단 및 스크리닝용 키트와 이를 이용한 간암 진단 및 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 진단 및 스크리닝용 키트는 간암 타겟 단백질 마커의 발현양을 비교함으로써 간편하게 간암을 진단할 수 있는바, 의학분야에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
