- Abstract
- 본 발명은 MS 기본 배지 또는 증류수에 지베렐린을 포함하는 물부추과 (Isoetacease) 식물의 기내 대량증식용 배지, 상기 배지를 이용하여 빛 조건하에서 물부추과 (Isoetacease) 식물의 포자로부터 유식물체를 유도하는 방법, 상기 배지를 이용하여 빛 조건하에서 물부추과 (Isoetacease) 식물의 포자로부터 분화 식물체의 대량 생산방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 물부추과 (Isoetacease) 분화 식물체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 멸종위기에 처한 참물부추의 기내 대량증식 체계와 생태계 복원을 위한 연구에 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
