- 본 발명은 (a) 포자의 표면에 4-10개의 연속적인 히스티딘 잔기를 포함하는 펩타이드를 결합시키는 단계
및 (b) 상기 포자를 중금속을 포함하는 시료에 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 포자를 이용한 중금속 제거방법, 그리고 중금속으로 오염된 토양에서의 식물 성장의 촉진방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 중금속이 오염된 다양한 시료로부터 포자를 이용하여 중금속을 효율적으로 제거할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명의 포자를 이용하여 중금속이 오염된 토양을 처리하거나 또는 식물체(특히, 뿌리 부분)을 처리한 경우에는 중금속이 오염된 토양에서도 식물체의 성장을 촉진시킬 수 있다. 중금속, 오염, 흡착, 포자
