- Abstract
- 본 발명은 에탄올 내성균주를 이용한 에탄올 또는 유기산의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 β-하이드록시데카노일 티오 에스테르 디하이드라아제 유전자(β-hydroxydecanoyl thio ester dehydrase gene: fabA)가 과발현된 재조합 원핵미생물을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 또는 유기산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 에탄올 및 유기산 발효시에 미생물에 의하여 생산되는 에탄올이 배지 내에 고농도로 축적되어도, 균주성장이 저해되지 않아 고농도의 에탄올 및 유기산을 제조할 수 있다. 에탄올 내성, fabA, 발효, 에탄올 생산, 유기산 생산
