| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 PSAT1, ATAD2, ASB9, SLC7A11, CKAP2L으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 최소 1종의 뉴클레오타이드 서열, 상기 뉴클레오타이드 서열에 상보적인 서열, 상기 뉴클레오타이드의 단편 또는 상기 뉴클레오타이드 서열에 코딩되는 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 앱타머를 포함하는 대장암 또는 대장암 전이의 진단 또는 예후 분석용 키트, 그리고 상술한 마커들을 이용하여 대장암 또는 대장암 전이의 예방 또는 치료용 물질을 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 동일 대장암 환자로부터 채취한 정상 대장조직, 대장암 조직 및 전이 조직을 이용하여 발굴된 것으로서, 대장암 및/또는 대장암 전이에 대한 마커로서의 정확성, 신뢰도가 크게 개선된 마커들이다. 본 발명의 마커를 이용하면 대장암 또는 전이를 정확하게 진단 및 예후를 할 수 있다. 대장암, 전이, 마커, 진단, 치료 | ko |
