- Abstract
- 본 발명은 폴리믹신을 생산할 수 있는 재조합 바실러스속 균주에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 패니바실러스 폴리믹사(Paenibacillus polymyxa) 유래의 폴리믹신 생합성 유전자군인 pmxABCDE가 바실러스속 숙주 균주의 게놈 내에 삽입된 재조합 바실러스속 균주 및 이를 이용한 폴리믹신의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 재조합 바실러스속 균주는 종래에 패니바실러스 폴리믹사로부터 소량 정제되던 폴리믹신을 효율적으로 대량생산할 수 있고, 더 나아가, 유전자 조작을 통해 좀더 효과적인 폴리믹신 유도체를 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 폴리믹신, 폴리믹신 생합성 유전자, 펩티드 항생제, 바실러스, 바실러스 서브틸리스, 패니바실러스 폴리믹사
