- 본 발명은 Nkx2.5 프로모터와 MLC2V 프로모터를 이용한 단일 또는 이중 프로모터 전사 활성 검출을 위한 리포터 시스템을 이용하여 다분화능 줄기세포로부터 심근계(cardiac lineage) 세포로의 분화 여부를 탐지하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 프로모터 활성 검출을 위한 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 프로모터 활성 검출용 키트, 상기 프로모터 활성을 조절하는 분화 조절제, 및 상기 분화 조절 후보 물질을 검색하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
