- Abstract
- 본 발명은 FASN(fatty acid synthase)의 특정 에피토프 서열을 특이적으로 인식하는 자가면역 항체에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 상기 항체 또는 이의 항원결합부위를 포함하는 단편, 상기 자가면역 항체 발현을 측정할 수 있는 제제를 포함하는 간암 진단용 조성물, 상기 자가면역 항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 간암 진단용 키트, 상기 조성물을 이용하여 간암 환자의 자가면역 항체를 검출하는 방법 및 간암 치료 예상 물질을 투여하는 한편, 상기 자가면역 항체의 발현수준의 감소를 확인함으로써 간암 치료제를 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
