| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 GnT-V에 의해 도입된 비정상적 당쇄인 N-연결 β(1,6) 가지를 갖는 TIMP-1에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편, 이를 코딩하는 핵산 분자, 상기 핵산 분자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 숙주세포에 관한 것이다. 또한,본 발명은 상기 항체를 유효성분으로서 포함하는 암의 전이 또는 진행 진단용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항체는 GnT-V에 의해 TIMP-1 단백질에 도입된 비정상적 당쇄로부터 유도되는 구조적 변화를 구별할 수 있다. 본 발명의 항체를 이용하여 비정상적 당쇄가 도입된 TIMP-1 단백질을 검출함으로써 암의 전이 또는 진행에 관한 정보를 용이하게 얻을 수 있다. | ko |
