- Abstract
- 본 발명은 MD-2 (Myeloid differentiation protein-2) 단백질과 특이적으로 결합하는 신규한 폴리펩타이드에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 인터날린 B 단백질의 N-말단, VLR (Variable Lymphocyte Receptor) 단백질의 변형된 반복모듈 및 VLR 단백질의 C-말단이 융합된, MD-2 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 폴리펩타이드, 상기 폴리펩타이드를 코딩하는 핵산, 상기 핵산을 포함하는 벡터, 상기 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주세포, 숙주세포 내에서 벡터를 발현시켜서 상기 폴리펩타이드를 생산하는 방법 및 상기 폴리펩타이드를 포함하는 패혈증 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
