- Abstract
- 본 발명은 시스타틴 C(Cystatin C)를 유효성분으로 함유하는 천식 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 인체 및 마우스 유래의 시스타틴 C를 대량 분비생산하고, 생산된 시스타틴 C를 난백 알부민으로 감작된 천식 유도 동물모델에 직접 주입하여 기도과민성 억제, 기관지 폐포 세척액내 호산구 및 염증세포의 감소, 기관지 폐포 세척액내 염증매개물질의 감소, 기도 점막내 염증세포 침윤 억제 등의 효과를 나타냄을 확인하였으므로, 본 발명의 시스타틴 C 단백질은 천식의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 이를 이용한 천식 진단 또는 천식 치료제 후보물질의 스크리닝 방법에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
