- Abstract
- 본 발명은 식물 병 저항성 특이 발현 프로모터 및 보고자 유전자(reporter gene)를 포함하는 식물 발현 벡터 및 이를 이용한 식물 저항성 유도물질을 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한,본 발명은 특정 스트레스 저항성 반응 시 발현되는 유전자의 프로모터를 이용하여 스트레스 저항성 유도물질을 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한,본 발명은 식물의 생장 촉진 시 발현되는 유전자의 프로모터를 이용하여 식물 생장 촉진물질을 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
