| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비타민 A 합성 효소에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 동해아나 독도넨시스(Donghaeana dokdonensis)로 부터 획득한 서열목록 1로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 베타-카로틴 디옥시게나제 상동 단백질인 Blh(bacteriorhodopsin-related protein like homolog protein: 이하, DD Blh)를 암호화하는 핵산 서열 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 단백질은 비타민 A 혹은 올-트랜스(all-trans) 레티날의 합성에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | ko |
