- 본 발명은 고구마(Ipomoea batatas) 유래 IbLEA14 (Late embryogenesis abundant 14) 유전자를 이용하여 식물의 리그닌 생합성을 증가시키는 방법, 상기 IbLEA14 유전자를 이용한 리그닌 생합성이 증가된 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 리그닌 생합성이 증가된 형질전환 식물체 및 이의 종자, 상기 IbLEA14 유전자를 포함하는 식물체의 리그닌 생합성 증가용 조성물 및 상기 리그닌 생합성이 증가된 형질전환 식물체로부터 얻어지는 바이오에너지에 관한 것이다.
