- Abstract
- 본 발명은 진화적으로 유사한 배추, 양배추 및 유채의 유전자 기능 연구 및 진화 연구에 기반이 되는 시스템 구축 방법으로서, 데이터베이스 구축법과 염기서열 상동성을 이용한 BLAST 분석 시 디스플레이(display)하는 방법을 변화시켜 유용성 및 효율성을 증대시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 유채, 배추, 양배추에 모델 식물인 애기장대(Arabidopsis)의 유전자 정보를 추가하여 데이터베이스로 구축함으로써 십자화과 연구자들에게 한 단계 발전된 유전 정보 검색 기능 및 결과를 제공하기 위한 새로운 시스템 및 방법으로 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
