| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 아위느타리버섯으로부터 분리된 신규한 엘라스타제 저해제 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 노화 예방 또는 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발병에 따른 아위느타리버섯(Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae) DDL01(기탁번호: KACC93085P) 추출물로부터 분리한 신규 화합물인 플레우론(Pleurone)은 피부의 진피조직 속에 있으면서 피부의 탄력성을 유지시키는 엘라스틴을 저해하는 효소인 인간 호중구 엘라스테아제(HNE)의 발현을 억제하는 효과가 우수하여 피부 주름을 예방하거나 개선할 수 있으므로, 피부 노화 예방 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 피부 노화 예방 또는 개선용 건강식품 조성물 또는 피부 노화 방지용 약학적 조성물로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. | - |
