- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다당류 분해 활성을 갖는 신규한 셀룰로파가(Cellulophaga sp.) 속 균주에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 남해 지역의 해수, 갯벌, 해안가에서 시료를 채취하여 미생물을 분리한 후, 카르복시메칠셀룰로오즈(CMC)를 분해할 수 있는 미생물을 선별하고, 16S rRNA 분석을 통해 상기 미생물이 셀룰로파가 속 신규한 균주임을 확인한 다음, 상기 균주 및 이의 배양 상층액이 다양한 다당류의 분해 활성을 가지는 것을 확인하였다.
