- 본 발명은 애기장대 유래 AtFKBP20-1 (Arabidopsis thaliana FK506-binding protein 20-1) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터를 식물세포에 형질전환시키는 단계를 포함하는 식물의 환경 스트레스에 대한 내성을 조절하는 방법, 상기 AtFKBP20-1 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 식물세포를 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는 환경 스트레스에 대한 내성이 조절된 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 환경 스트레스에 대한 내성이 조절된 형질전환 식물체 및 이의 종자 및 상기 AtFKBP20-1 유전자를 포함하는 식물체의 환경 스트레스 내성 조절용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
