SF-5044로부터 분리 정제한 신규한 프로투복세핀 A, B 및 프로투보닌 A 화합물이 유방암 세포, 간암 세포 또는 골수성 백혈병 세포와 같은 암세포들에 대하여 증식저해 활성을 가지므로, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | ko |
