- Abstract
- 본 발명은 나린제닌(Naringenin) 또는 레스베라트롤(Resveratrol) 생합성에 관여하는 유전자 및 이를 이용한 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 방선균인 Saccharothrix espanaensis(KCTC9392) 균주, Streptomyces coelicolorM130 균주, 및 애기장대 Arabidopsis thaliana, 또는 땅콩Arachis hypogaea로부터 분리한 나린제닌(Naringenin) 또는 레스베라트롤(Resveratrol) 생합성에 관여하는 유전자, 상기 유전자를 포함한 벡터로 형질전환된 균주 및 상기 형질전환된 균주를 배양하여 얻은 나린제닌(Naringenin) 또는 레스베라트롤(Resveratrol)을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
