- Abstract
- 본 발명은 퇴비 메타게놈 라이브러리에서 분리한 신규 에스터라제(esterase), 이를 암호화하는 유전자, 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 발현벡터가 형질 도입된 형질전환체 및 상기 에스터라제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 에스터라제는 pH 5 내지 10, 바람직하게는 pH 8에서 우수한 활성을 나타내며, 0℃ 내지 60℃까지 우수한 에스터라제 활성을 유지하고, 다양한 유기용매에 대한 높은 내성을 가지며, 삼차 알콜 에스테르에 대한 가수분해 능력을 가지므로 의약품 및 화학제품의 생물학적 합성 촉매 등의 다양한 산업에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 이미지존재(전문참조)
