- Abstract
- 본 발명은 비만백신 단백질을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 및 효모 유래의 단백질 분비융합인자(translational fusion partner, TFP)를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 진핵세포를 배양하고 이로부터 비만백신 단백질을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 비만백신 단백질의 대량생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 사람에게 무해한 효모로부터 사람의 비만백신 단백질을 대량으로 생산할 수 있으므로, 사람 또는 애완동물의 비만치료에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
