| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 사카로마이세스 세레비지에를 이용하여 프럭탄(fructan)을 탄소원으로 사용하여 에탄올을 생산하는 방법 및 에탄올 생산용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 비곡물 에너지 작물에 다량으로 함유되어 있는 프럭탄을 탄소원로 활용하여 바이오 에탄올을 효율적으로 생산하기 위한 조성물, 프럭탄이 함유된 배지, 이를 이용한 에탄올 및 에탄올 함유 식품의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 균주를 사용하면 전처리 과정을 생략할 수 있어 공정의 단순화와 비용절감을 기할 수 있는 특징을 가진다. | ko |
