- Abstract
- 본 발명은 GGPS (geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터를 식물세포에 형질전환시켜 대조구 식물에 비해 단 시간 내 식물의 생장 또는 바이오매스를 증가시키는 방법, GGPS 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 식물세포를 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는 대조구 식물에 비해 단 시간 내 생장 또는 바이오매스가 증가된 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 대조구 식물에 비해 생장 또는 바이오매스 증가가 촉진된 식물체 및 이의 종자 및 GGPS 유전자를 포함하는 대조구 식물에 비해 식물의 생장 또는 바이오매스의 증가를 촉진시키기 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다.
