| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤프로페린(benproperine) 유도체의 암 및 혈관신생-관련 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 벤프로페린 유도체 및 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염은 암세포의 이동을 억제하고 혈관내피세포의 혈관형성을 저해함으로써 항암제로서 뿐만 아니라, 당뇨병성 망막증, 각막 이식 거부 등과 같이 비정상적 혈관신생으로 야기되는 질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
