- 본 발명은 한련초 추출물, 이의 분획물, 터트티에닐 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 탈모방지 또는 발모촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 상기 조성물은 TGF-β의 발현을 현저히 억제시킴으로써, 탈모방지, 육모, 양모, 발모 촉진에 유용히 사용될 수 있으며, 탈모방지용 용액, 크림, 로션, 샴푸, 스프레이, 겔 및 로션 등의 형태로 사용될 수 있다.
