- Abstract
- 본 발명은 난분해성 유해 방향족 화합물 감지용 인공바이오센서 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 슈도모나스 푸티다(Pseudomonas putida) 유래 todS 유전자, 슈도모나스 푸티다 유래 todT 유전자, 슈도모나스 푸티다 유래 todX 유전자의 프로모터(promoter), 및 표지 유전자를 포함하는 발현 벡터가 숙주세포에 도입된 형질전환체를 포함하는 난분해성 유해 방향족 화합물 감지용 인공바이오센서가 종래의 미생물 바이오센서에 비해 난분해성 유해 방향족 화합물에 대해 특이성 및 민감도가 매우 뛰어나므로, 난분해성 유해 방향족 화합물 검출 방법에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
