- Abstract
- 본 발명은 절대혐기성 미생물의 고체배양용 배양기에 있어서, 가스 치환 및 가스 가압용 부틸러버스토퍼(butyl rubber stopper)가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절대혐기성 미생물의 고체배양용 배양기에 관한 것이다. 발명에 따르면, 산소오염없이 절대혐기성 미생물을 간편하게 고체 배양할 수 있어, 기존의 절대혐기성 미생물의 배양 뿐만 아니라, 이산화탄소와 전자로 부터 메탄 등의 전자연료를 생산할 수 있는 전자연료 생산 미생물의 스크리닝에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.
