| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 Notch 3에 대한 인간 단일클론항체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 암세포에서 특이적으로 과발현되는 Notch 3을 특이적으로 타겟팅할 수 있는 인간 단일클론항체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른, Notch 3 인간 단일클론항체는 암세포에서 특이적으로 과발현되는 Notch 3을 특이적으로 타겟팅할 수 있도록 파아지디스플레이를 통해 인간항체 라이브러리에서 스크리닝되어, 마우스에서 만들어진 단일항체에서 요구되는 인간화과정이 필요하지 않고 바로 인간에 적용할 수 있어, 암 진단 및 치료용 항체로 용이하게 활용할 수 있다. | ko |
