- Abstract
- 본 발명은 탄시논(tanshinone)을 유효성분으로 함유하는 자연살해세포(natural killer cell, NK 세포) 분화 또는 활성 증진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 크립토탄시논(cryptotanshinone) 또는 탄시논 ⅡA(tanshinone ⅡA)가 조혈줄기세포에서 NK 세포의 분화를 유도 및 촉진시키며 NK 세포 분화와 관련된 유전자인 ID2의 발현을 증가시키고, 암세포인 YAC-1에 대하여 세포독성을 지니며 IFN-γ의 생성 또한 증가시켜 NK 세포의 활성을 증진시키므로, NK 세포 분화 또는 활성 증진용 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
