| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 사이토케라틴 8/18 복합체에 특이적으로 결합하는 자가면역항체(autoantibody) 또는 이의 항원결합부위(antigen-binding site, paratope)를 포함하는 단편, 상기 자가면역항체에 특이적으로 결합하는 항원결정부위의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩타이드, 상기 자가면역항체 또는 이의 항원결합부위를 포함하는 단편의 발현수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 유방암 진단용 조성물, 상기 자가면역항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주 및 본 발명의 조성물을 포함하는 유방암 진단용 키트에 관한 것이다. 또한,본 발명은 본 발명의 조성물을 이용하여 항-사이토케라틴 8/18 복합체 자가면역항체 또는 이의 항원결합부위를 포함하는 단편을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는, 유방암 진단을 위한 정보의 제공 방법 및 상기 자가면역항체를 이용한 유방암 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. | - |
