- Abstract
- 본 발명은 항암 표적치료제제 감수성 예측용 단염기 다형성 표식자 (SNP), 이를 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 및 항암 표적치료제제의 감수성을 예측하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 환자의 소량 시료를 이용하여 항암 표적치료제제에 대한 개인별 감수성을 미리 예측하게 하며 환자의 치료 경과 전체에 걸쳐서 가장 적합한 표적치료제제 선택을 가능하게 해준다.
